So. The Iraq war. I heard something on the radio recently which pretty much summed up why we were there, and why we now couldn't come out.
They said that if the war was not ended soon, more innocent people would unneccessarily die. But if we do end the war without winning, all the families that have lost sons, husbands, mums and dads to the "enemy" will have lost them for no reason, no cause.
We are travelling in a vicious circle that would never have been created if we hadn't gone to war in the first place. But what can we do? We can't edit the past, so how is it that we can pull ourselves out of this mess?
These are the questions facing the government now. Maybe a new leader can get us out of this hole?
More questions to answer the question. As always with these things you have to ask at least five before you have even the slightest clue what the true answer is.
